Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name], a [State of organization] company doing business as Homes AVM (“Homes AVM,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit homesavm.com, use the Homes AVM portal, or receive email or reports sent through our service (together, the “Service”).

Homes AVM is used by mortgage loan officers and similar professionals (“Customers”) to send personalized home reports to their clients (“Homeowners”). This policy applies to both groups, and explains our different role for each.

1. Our role

For Customer account information and website visitors, we decide how data is used and act as the business responsible for it.

For Homeowner data that a Customer uploads, we process that data on the Customer’s behalf and under the Customer’s instructions, to provide the Service to that Customer. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis, and any consent required by law, to upload Homeowner data and to contact those Homeowners. If you are a Homeowner and have questions about how your information is used, please also contact the loan officer who sent you a report.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile data from Customers

When you sign up or use the portal, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, NMLS number, and the branding and profile details you provide, such as your logo, brand colors, fonts, headshot, bio and website questionnaire answers.

Homeowner data uploaded by Customers

Customers upload client lists that may include Homeowner names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, and loan details such as balance, rate, term and dates. We use this, together with public property and market data, to prepare each Homeowner’s report.

Email engagement data

When we send email on a Customer’s behalf, we record delivery events, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. Customers see this activity in their dashboard. We use it to show results, keep sending lists healthy, and honor opt-outs.

Website contact-form submissions

If you contact us through our website, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, company and message.

Payment data

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited billing information from Paddle, such as subscription status, plan, country and the last four digits of a card.

Usage data

We collect basic technical information when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps, to keep the Service secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: preparing reports, building Customer websites, and sending Home Digest emails on the schedule a Customer chooses.
  • To operate accounts, including sign-in, billing status and customer support.
  • To show Customers engagement results for their own campaigns.
  • To honor unsubscribes and keep opted-out Homeowners out of future sends.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fix errors.
  • To communicate with Customers about their account, changes to the Service, and, where permitted, product updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Service providers we use

We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, only as needed for them to perform their work and under contracts that limit their use of the data:

  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
  • Vercel: website and application hosting.
  • Resend: transactional email, such as sign-in links and account notices.
  • Paddle: payments and subscription billing, as merchant of record.
  • Calendly: scheduling calls you book with us.
  • Email delivery providers: sending campaign email on Customers’ behalf and reporting delivery events.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.

5. Unsubscribes and email preferences

Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link. When a Homeowner unsubscribes, they are automatically excluded from future campaign sends from that Customer’s account. Customers can also mark a client as opted out at any time. Customers may still receive essential account and billing messages from us while their account is active.

6. Data retention

We keep Customer account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing, legal and support needs. Homeowner data is kept while the Customer’s account is active or until the Customer deletes it. After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We keep unsubscribe records so that opt-outs continue to be honored.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest provided by our hosting and database providers, access controls, and isolation of each Customer’s data within their own account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email privacy@homesavm.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are a Homeowner, we may refer your request to the Customer who uploaded your information, since they control it, and we will help them respond. You can unsubscribe from campaign email at any time using the link in any email.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Where we operate

Homes AVM is a US-based service intended for users in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

10. Children’s data

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@homesavm.com and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. Email messages may contain small tracking pixels and tracked links used to measure opens and clicks, as described above.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify Customers by email or in the portal before the changes take effect.
