Five ways to read a market

Everyone who moves a deal, in one search.

Pick who you are looking for, set a city, ZIP or state, and filter by what actually matters: deals, volume, loan types and time period.

Real estate agents

Buy-side and listing deals, volume, average price, and how many loan officers each agent already works with.

Loan officers

Production, purchase vs refi mix, loan types, licenses and employment history, for recruiting or benchmarking.

Lenders

Who leads your market, their loan officer roster, branches and the loan mix behind their volume.

Branches

Branch-level production, managers and team size, so you know which offices are growing.

Brokerages

Offices ranked by deals, agents and active listings, then one click to the agents who work there.

Pick a goal

Turn a question into a shortlist.

These are the searches loan officers run most. Pick one to see the filters and the kind of shortlist it returns.

Which agents bring the most buyers in my area?

Searches Real estate agents with:

  • Austin, TX
  • Buy side
  • 10+ deals
  • Last 12 months
  • Sort: buy-side deals

Buy-side agents are the ones who choose a lender with their clients. Start with agents whose buyers finance, not cash deals.

FAQ

Questions about Broker Partner

Still curious? Talk to us or book a demo.

Where does the data come from?

Broker Partner combines recorded mortgage data, MLS sales and NMLS licensing records, going back to 2017 and refreshed regularly. Some states don’t disclose sale prices, so a few records may be missing details.

Is Broker Partner included in my plan?

Yes. It’s inside the Homes AVM portal, including during your free trial. Searches show 10 results at a time, with a button to load the next 10.

Can I search by name or NMLS ID?

Yes. Type a name, NMLS ID or agent license number to jump straight to a person, even if they haven’t closed a loan recently.

What happens when I invite someone?

If they aren’t on Homes AVM, a ready-written email opens with your personal link; joining through it connects you both. If they already use Homes AVM, you can send a partner request in the portal.

Does inviting an agent raise RESPA concerns?

An invite to connect is not payment for referrals. Keep any arrangement within RESPA Section 8 and your company’s compliance policies, and never offer anything of value in exchange for referrals.
